How do I join your loyalty program?
Joining our loyalty program is easy. If you have a registered account on our store, then you have to do nothing. All registered users are automatically enrolled.
How do I earn points?
Just log in and shop! You will automatically earn $5 for every $100 that you spend! When you spend $100, $5 store credit will be added to your account. It's easy!
How do I redeem points?
Your points are automatically redeemed as store credit to your account once you have earned the minimum.
This means that if you spend the minimum, your store credit will be automatically added to your account and available to use the next time you shop with us.
How does our loyalty program work?
Earn points for every dollar you spend with us. When you have enough points, you can convert them into store credit. Depending on your spending level with our store, you will earn anywhere from 5% to 10% store credit.
Below are our 3 reward levels.

Do my points expire?
Generally, unused points do not expire and issued store credit does not typically expire. However, unused points or store credit issued by the loyalty may void or expire at any time as determined by beardedbutchers.com for any reason.
Rules and Regulations
- Reward points are available to registered online members only. If you make a purchase and are not logged in, no credit will be issued for that purchase, no exceptions.
- Points may not be applied to accounts prior to 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- Points earned or redeemed do not apply to tax or shipping.
- Points are earned and redeemable by the e-mail address on account only. Points can not be added after a purchase to an account that was not logged in at the time of purchase.
- Points are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Points may only be redeemed for purchases at beardedbutchers.com and have no cash value. They are not redeemable at Whitefeather Meats.
- Points are accumulated by current purchases only.
- Members must be 18 years or older to earn and use points.
- Accounts will be audited monthly and any suspicious activity will be inactivated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law when necessary.
- We hold the right to cancel an account at any time. We hold the right to end the program and void all earned points at any time.
- Memberships without any activity after a year may be cancelled without notice.
- Unused points may void or expire at any time as determined by beardedbutchers.com for any reason.
