Shipping Options:

As business owners, our duty to you, our customers, is to ensure that we have plenty of inventory to fill all the orders we receive as timely as possible. Our goal is always to process and ship your order within 2 business days of purchase. Furthermore, we want YOU to have the flexibility to choose a preferred shipping timeframe, so we offer free, flat-rate, and expedited shipping options.

International orders are processed just as quickly, but due to the inconsistency of international postage processing and delivery times, your orders may take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery in extreme cases, but most arrive within 2-4 weeks.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Return Policy:

We promise, you're going to LOVE our products. Standing behind our products, we wouldn't put in on our shelves and ship it to your doorstep if we didn't trust it and use it ourselves.

However, if you ever do run into any issue, you can call us anytime or reach us via email at At that time we can discuss the situation and rectify it accordingly.

For orders that were fulfilled within our terms and without error (such as, for a change of mind or a mistake made at the time of purchase by the customer, or any similar issue), any original shipping costs may not be refunded upon receipt of the return to our warehouse. Only the cost of the physical item may be refunded.

We ship 99% of our orders within 2-3 business days using USPS priority or First Class Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground or Express. You should receive your package within 1-3 business days after you receive a message that your order has been fulfilled.

International orders generally arrive within 2 weeks, but sometimes can take up to 6-8 weeks. The longer delays are generally caused by customs and most of these issues are entirely out of our control. Any duties, custom fees, import fees, or any other costs incurred after checkout are to be paid solely by the customer at the time of receipt and are not the responsibility of Bearded Butcher Blend Seasoning Company.

All orders with no exceptions will be to the address that is entered on the order. If our carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) notify us that the address is not deliverable, we will attempt to notify the buyer and fix it otherwise we will not ship the order. If there is no response from the buyer within 7 days about an undeliverable address, we may cancel the order and refund the purchase.

If an order is returned to us for an insufficient or incorrectly entered address, we will invoice the buyer to reship to the correct address. In this case, the carrier did what they were paid to do and since we can not get refunded on postage or reship it for free, neither can the customer. If the customer does not want to pay to reship and instead requests a refund on the order, the items purchased may be refunded minus any shipping cost that we have incurred, even if the original order was "free shipping".
